National Fragrance Week Event_June 4-18, 2018
All orders will process when the event concludes. No exceptions will be made. Shopper should not proceed with the order if not in agreement with these terms.
Shopper will receive order updates: Processing, Complete, Shipped
Email inquires in reference to the shipment of orders will not receive responses during the event.
Shopper has 24 hours to cancel the order. After 24 hours, the order will stay as placed.
Shopper should read below the line for more detailed information.
Shopper should not proceed with the order if not in agreement with these terms.
By placing an order with Smell Good Spa LLC, shoppers agree to all of the following terms and conditions and understand the information below. And shoppers willingly make this purchase. By placing an order, the shopper is 18 years of age or older. If shopper is under the age of 18, parent's/guardian's consent is needed to place an order.
We do not have the ability to ensure that every shopper reads this information, since it is possible to agree to these terms without reading this information.
We hope each shopper will read this prior to placing their order, but cannot make shoppers. Please do not hold us to the unreasonable standard that we should communicate personally to each shopper about each of our policies.
If at all possible, please address all issues via email. As this serves as a document with a date and timestamp.
Many of the questions can be answered more quickly via email, reading through FAQ, or, by reading through this information.
Placing an Order:
Please place an order on this website. This is necessary to ensure order accuracy and to efficiently process orders. We are an E-store and are not able to take phone orders.
Modifications: We do not accept modifications on orders once an order is placed. Modifications include adding a product to an order that has already been placed (a separate order must be placed), adjusting the total/refunding money for an online coupon code/gift voucher. (If there is an error within the system, we will make the necessary adjustments of the coupon code or gift voucher.)
We do not offer expedited ordering or shipping. Please plan the order and give adequate time for orders to be processed and shipped. Turnaround is within 7-14 business days.
Products are made-to-order. Turnaround is within 7-14 business days (From Processing Status). There are three steps that we use to notify shoppers about orders. They are processing, complete and shipped. We do not answer email inquires in reference to the shipment of orders.
Although we make every attempt to ship orders within the lead time, unanticipated demand can deplete our inventory. Items may be out of stock or discontinued without notice. We will notify you if this is the case. Shipping transit times will vary depending on your location.
Please anticipate slightly slower turnaround and longer transit time during sales, promotions, or holidays.
Winnings:If you won an item from Smell Good Spa LLC via blog, social networks, website, etc, turnaround is 4 weeks.
At this time Smell Good Spa LLC operates from the World Wide Web. All orders are shipped.
Smell Good Spa LLC stands behind the freshness and quality of their products. The Smell Good Spa Team strongly suggest the purchase of samples before purchasing full-size product. However, if a purchase is made and the shopper is not happy, the shopper may return the product. Returns wanting to be made due to dislike of fragrance will not be accepted.

7-Day Return Policy
We will accept unopened, unused product if the following steps are taken:
- Contact our office during office hours to inform us of product wanting to be returned.
- Return product in seven business days (from delivery arrival date).
- Ship product in the same manner it was received. If product was shipped securely and neatly in a box, we will not accept the product in a mailer envelope.
- Returns are only accepted by mail, regardless of shopper's location.
- Receive a store credit, along with initial shipping cost (included in store credit). However, shipping cost to return the package will not be refunded. Store Credit will be placed in buyer's account, and available for the next purchase.
- For questions about this return policy, please contact us first before making a purchase.
Fragrance Lamps and Oil Burners are non-refundable.
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours, without shopper incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations after 48 hours, nor once the order is in Processing.
Backorders are done on a case by case basis. If we decide to make all or part of the order a back order, we will notify the shopper via email that an item is back ordered and when we expect the item to be shipped out. If an item is back ordered and the shopper wants to cancel that item, the shopper can reply to the email with that request. We will not cancel an order that is in process because of out of stock/back order inventory.
Pay for the order securely via Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and debit cards. Shopper can also do an instant transfer, pay with echeck, or use existing funds via Paypal. Orders paid for via eCheck will be held until we receive notification from PayPal that funds have cleared. This sometimes takes 4-10 days to clear.

- Check/Money Order
- Check must be received within 5 business days from when order was placed. If check is not received within that timeframe, order will be cancelled.
- Orders will process after the funds have cleared.
- There is a $35.00 fee on checks that do not clear. We only accept checks from banks in the United States. We only accept money orders from residents in the United States. We only accept Western Union money orders and USPS money orders.

Using Cash App requires an instant payment. If payment is not received within an hour of receiving the order, the order will be canceled.
Refused packages returned to us will be treated as unauthorized returns. No store credit nor refund will be given for the returned items, and items will be discarded. Additional fees for the cost to return the package to us will also be charged to the shopper
Smell Good Spa LLC will ship the order using USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Shipping includes delivery confirmation. If the delivery confirmation tracking number shows a package as being delivered to its destination, Smell Goods Spa LLC is no longer responsible for the order. If a parcel is returned to Smell Good Spa LLC due to the parcel being unclaimed, we require that the shopper pays for reshipping (pay via Paypal).
We ship using USPS Priority Mail International or First-Class International. We are not responsible for Customs' actions in another country. Complimentary shipping is not offered on international orders. When prompt to select a shipping method, do not select Free Shipping. If Free Shipping is selected a Paypal invoice will be sent to the shopper for payment. Order will not ship if the shipping cost isn't received.
For samples see the Samples category. Samples of our Signature Fragrance Oil are shipped with each order. We will make the selection.
A gift voucher covers the cost of merchandise only - shipping and tax are not included.
Smell Good Spa LLC products are created for pure enjoyment, not for healing, curing diseases, nor for diagnosing.
We reserve the right to deny service to any shopper who abuses any or all of these policies. Terms and Conditions and all policies can be modified without notice.
