OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS NOTICE

Globally, inconveniences are increasing daily across all industries, and business practices are shifting.

Smell Good Spa shares in the adversity that the vast majority of micro/small retailers are facing: extensive supply chain delays, crop shortages due to war or extreme weather conditions, slowed economy, and/or lack of funding. However, we are thinking through it all and deploying wisdom to make smart decisions for business and for those we serve. To protect the integrity of our raw ingredients, to conserve products that have longer shelf life, and to maintain virtue within our business culture, we are making a shift. 

• Low Stock Out Of Stock- Products or fragrances marked out of stock are likely to be low in stock.

• Notify When Available- Therefore, the Notify When Available button should be used. When that notification is received, inventory will be examined. If the product is actually out of stock, a notification will not be sent immediately. If the ingredients are available to make fresh product, the product will return to stock, and the customer will be notified immediately.*

• Maximum Of 5- To ensure availability for all, the quantity available for one individual to purchase will be up to 5 of that low-stock item.

• *Time Limit- Be sure to check inbox/Junk frequently. Once a notification is sent to the email address on file, there will be a 24-hour window to order that low-stock item. 

Our hope and prayer is that this shift is temporary. We never know what the world will do. So we can only do the work that’s in our control. Daily we are working behind the scenes on other business solutions to alleviate this business pain. But nonetheless, we are always joyful to serve you.
