We are a made-to-order business.

By placing an order with Smell Good Spa, shoppers agree to all of the following terms and conditions and understand the information below. And shoppers willingly make this purchase. By placing an order, the shopper is 18 years of age or older. If shopper is under the age of 18, parent's/guardian's consent is needed to place an order.

We do not have the ability to ensure that every shopper reads this information, since it is possible to agree to these terms without reading this information.

We hope each shopper will read this prior to placing their order, but cannot make shoppers. Please do not hold us to the unreasonable standard that we should communicate personally to each shopper about each of our policies.

If at all possible, please address all issues via email. As this serves as a document with a date and timestamp.

Many of the questions can be answered more quickly by reading through FAQ or by reading through this information.

Terms Of Use:

Smell Good Spa™ retail products are created for individual use and are not to be resold for any reason. To resell Smell Good Spa™ products, become a reseller and purchase the products at wholesale. Legal action will be enforced against any individual who resells retail purchased products.

Terms Of Use For Resellers:

By placing a wholesale order with Smell Good Spa™️, you agree to NO WHITE LABEL. You agree to resell Smell Good Spa product(s) with the brand’s labeling only. You agree to not resell nor distribute Smell Good Spa product(s) under a different brand name. By not complying to these terms, the reseller is committing a fraud. Proceeding with a wholesale order is a binding agreement. Legal action will be enforced against any individual who resells Smell Good Spa product(s) under a different brand name.

Placing an Order:
Please place an order on this website. This is necessary to ensure order accuracy and to efficiently process orders. We are an E-store and are not able to take phone orders.

Modifications: We do not accept modifications on orders once an order is placed. Modifications include adding a product to an order that has already been placed (a separate order must be placed), adjusting the total/refunding money for an online coupon code/gift voucher. (If there is an error within the system, we will make the necessary adjustments of the coupon code or gift voucher.)

Rush Orders:
We do not offer expedited ordering or shipping. Please plan the order and give adequate time for orders to be processed and shipped. Turnaround is within 7-14 business days.

Order Pending Time: The amount of days an order is in Pending status before Processing status.

Turnaround:
Products are made-to-order. We are handcrafters. Turnaround is within 7-14 business days (From Processing Status). There are three steps that we use to notify shoppers about orders. They are processing, complete and shipped. We do not respond to email inquiries in reference to the shipment of orders nor the processing of orders while the turnaround time is still in effect. If the order is passed the maximum turnaround time, we will notify the shopper.

Turnaround time and shipping time are not one in the same.

Although we make every attempt to ship orders within the lead time, unanticipated demand can deplete our inventory. Items may be out of stock or discontinued without notice. We will notify you if this is the case. Shipping transit times will vary depending on your location.

Please anticipate slightly slower turnaround and longer transit time during sales, promotions, or holidays.

Turnaround time remains the same even for gift shopping.

Winnings:If you won an item from Smell Good Spa via blog, social networks, website, etc, turnaround is 4 weeks.

Pickup Orders:
At this time Smell Good Spa operates from the World Wide Web. All orders are shipped.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of personal care, skin care, and bath and body products, returns are not accepted. A sample category is available for purchasing select products.

Cancellations:
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours, without shopper incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations after 48 hours nor once the order is in Processing.

Backorders:
Backorders apply when a raw ingredient is delayed/late to arrive. In order for the shopper to receive other items in an order, and to commit to our turnaround time, a backorder will occur on the item that will not ship with the order. All back orders are shipped expeditiously.

Out Of Stock:

When an item(s) is out of stock, the shopper is notified and has the options to receive a refund for only the unavailable item or select a suggested substitution.

Payment:

Paypal

Pay for the order securely via Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and debit cards. Shopper can also do an instant transfer, pay with echeck, or use existing funds via Paypal. Orders paid for via eCheck will be held until we receive notification from PayPal that funds have cleared. This sometimes takes 4-10 days to clear.

Refused Packages:
Refused packages returned to us will be treated as unauthorized returns. No store credit nor refund will be given for the returned items, and items will be discarded. Additional fees for the cost to return the package to us will also be charged to the shopper

Shipping:
Smell Good Spa will ship the order using USPS Priority Mail.. Shipping includes delivery confirmation. If the delivery confirmation tracking number shows a package as being delivered to its destination, Smell Goods Spa is no longer responsible for the order. If a parcel is returned to Smell Good Spa due to the parcel being unclaimed, we require that the shopper pays for reshipping (pay via Paypal or CashApp).

Shipping cost and transit time is calculated directly from the USPS' webpage. We have no say in USPS' fees nor transit time.

International Shipping:
We ship using USPS Priority Mail International. We are not responsible for Customs' actions in another country. Complimentary shipping is not offered on international orders. When prompt to select a shipping method, do not select Free Shipping. If Free Shipping is selected a Paypal invoice will be sent to the shopper for payment. Order will not ship if the shipping cost isn't received.

Samples:
For samples see the Samples category. Samples of our Signature Fragrance Oil are shipped with each order. We will make the selection.

Gift Vouchers:
A gift voucher covers the cost of merchandise only - shipping and tax are not included.

Data Collection:

By placing an order, shopper is accepting cookies from Trustpilot to be used to request product reviews; Mailchimp to monitor e-commerce interaction; Facebook for marketing purposes for Smell Good Spa™.
